RX200/100 Coating
RustStop RX200 is a transparent, flexible, long lasting rust and corrosion protection coating for metal surfaces, bare or painted and is even effective on rusted metal, as it penetrates and seals off the rust. It is ideal for any metal exposed to highly corrosive conditions.
RustStop™ RX200™ has been tested independently under the international standards including the following organizations SABS ISO 7253.
- ASTM-B117* Salt Fog Test – 1,000 hours, no sign of any rust or defects.
BROCKMAN RESEARCH
- Salt Chamber Test – 250 hours, no affect on RX200 surface.

RSi Industrial
The new RSi has been upgraded from 4 to 6 channels, so what does this mean? Each channel is an isolated output with the capacity to drive 3 anodes meaning that it can now drive 18 anodes and also if there is a fault with one of the channels, only that channel will go into standby instead of the entire system ensuring that there is not a break in protection. This is a feature first implemented on the RustStop® RS-5 vehicle systems which have 2 channels, but it is even more important on the RSi due to the greater size of the equipment being protected. Acts as an electronic corrosion inhibitor and electronic rust inhibitor.
The increased number of anodes means more steel can be protected by each RSi system. Each anode can protect up to approximately 12m2 giving total protection to about 200m2 of steel per RSi system.
For applications which need protection of more than 200m2 of steel, then multiple RSi systems can be connected in series.

Rust that would have formed on the steel of the equipment is now transferred onto the anodes as corrosion.

Warranty Registration can be done online at https://www.ruststop.net/warranty-registration/ and included in the box is a warraty registration card that you can complete and keep, and on the reverse side it contains a log of the maintenance checks to be done.

It carries a 10 (ten) year limited free replacement warranty on the command module electronics, against defects in materials and/or workmanship when purchased from an authorised RustStop Dealer, installed correctly and operated under normal conditions on the original vehicle/owner identified at warranty registration. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only.
This warranty does not apply in cases of abuse, mishandling and/or unauthorised repair. This warranty does not apply if the command module is physically damaged or defaced. The serial numbers must match. There shall be no liability for incidental, consequential, or special damages.
